- Click or scan the QR code to obtain the Forum enrolment form (E03)
Step (2)
- Enter your email address, contact information, planned number of participants and respective participating session
Step (3)
- Hit the submit button
Step (4)

Respective session venue or zoom link would be sent to your registered email address afterwards
